Refund Policy

All purchases are downloaded and or used online so rarely will you find download and or opening issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its opening do to internet access. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to us within 72 hours (3 days) . When downloads occur we are notified and you assume responsibility of completing the 473e Postal Exam to complete a refund. After 72 hours or 1 download you are entitled to a FULL REFUND of your GOLD Membership purchase, after you take the required Postal Exam 473e and have scored a failing score, given at an independent testing facility. Your score is reported via letter or email by the USPS within a few days of taking the exam.

To receive your refund, provide the following 3 items:

  • Completed Refund Request Form (located in your Dashboard)
  • Copy of the Official USPS letter or email containing your score
  • Copy of the your Bank or Card Statement, showing this charge

Your Gold Membership will be refunded to the same credit/debit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email receipt for the refund transaction so you know we have processed it. The amount of time it takes for funds to be credited to your account is determined by your individual banking institution. Some banks take a few extra days. Please DO NOT request a refund with your card provider, as this forfeits your right to receive a refund, in accordance with the “Terms and Conditions” and it also forces us to dispute your refund. Please note that lack of need for the product is not refunded we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on present or future. Our Staff is always willing to help you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.

Refunds will be completed within 5 business days of receipt.

When downloaded or 72 hours, which ever comes first there are NO REFUNDS for the Silver Program 473e Postal Study Guide eBook.
